It corrodes metal. It can also be used for vulcanized joints of belts with special characteristics, such as anti-corrosion, thermal protection, etc.
After vulcanization, the heating plate can be quickly cooled by water as long as there is ordinary water supply on site. It can greatly improve the efficiency and enhance the quality of the belt joint, generally cooling from the curing temperature to 60℃ for 10 minutes, and the cooling water pressure is ≥0.2mpa.
Water cooled belt curing machine, light weight, manpower can easily move. Consider utilities before installation. Please use special water pipes to connect the water source of the upper and lower heating plates and cooling pipes, but do not release water for the time being. Then start to maintain the temperature until the vulcanization is complete, at which point the water supply is turned on and the water is injected into the hot plate. When the temperature drops to the preset technical value, the water is allowed to drain and the equipment is disassembled, and the vulcanization is completed.
